What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is to endorse your insurance claim check and submit it to the shop. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome. Credit cards may also be used. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Financing is also available (our staff can assist you in determining if you will qualify). For more information, please ask our staff about payment options.
Who do I pay my deductible to?
If your insurance deductible applies, (it depends on the type of claim), it will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he or she can tell you whether you will owe a deductible and the amount.
Where do I get a claim number?
Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down along with any insurance contact information and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, we will do the rest.
When will my car be complete?
You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You will also receive updates during the repair process so you can rest assured your vehicle is in capable hands. Feel free to call, text, or e-mail your advisor during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
